The Integrative Practice is a clinical psychology service which was established in the Wellington CBD in 2016 by Dr Karen Faisandier. This service was developed due to the recognition of how important nutritional and lifestyle influences are on physical health, which is a foundation for how people think, feel, relate, and behave. The Integrative Practice provides evidence-based and integrative ("bringing parts together") assistance to individual adults who are struggling with emotional, psychological, and chronic concerns including:

  • anxiety and mood difficulties

  • trauma, stress and burnout

  • alcohol and other substance use

  • sexual behaviour and intimacy/relationship concerns

  • adjustment to loss and life changes

  • chronic fatigue and other health related concerns

  • nutritional psychology concerns

If you would like to enquire about becoming a client please contact 022 3456 065 or use the online booking form on this website. The service is modern, comfortable and discreetly located within the WellHub Clinic on the 1st floor of Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street. Appointment hours are Tuesday to Friday.
