Clinic Availability
The Integrative Practice is currently accepting new private paying client enquiries (18+) for 2024 and has a wait time of around 8 weeks for a first appointment - please visit the Clinic page if you’d like to enquire about becoming a new client and we’ll respond with more information. Please check the FAQ’s before contacting to find out information about our services, prices, and other useful information.
Funded therapy options:
If you have experienced sexual abuse you may be eligible for funded therapy - please visit Find Support to learn more about this option and where to get help - unfortunately, we are not able to take ACC referrals ourselves.
You may have health insurance that can subsidise or cover your cost of some of your appointments. Contact your insurance provider to check what your policy covers.
If you are on a low income, Studylink, or benefit, Work and Income can sometimes help subsidise the cost of sessions via the Disability Counselling fund. Talk to your GP or Work and Income NZ if you think this could apply to you.

Please note we are not able to take ACC referrals.

Existing Client Bookings
The online booking portal is for existing clients who already have a login. Inside the portal, you can create and reschedule in-clinic or online bookings at your own convenience (if it is outside the 48 hour cancellation window). If you have trouble logging in or finding an appointment time that works please email our office or use the booking contact form.
Emergency Mental Health
Please note that the Integrative Practice does not operate as an emergency service. For severe and urgent mental health emergencies please contact the Wellington Crisis Resolution 24/7 team on 0800 745 477, visit your local hospital emergency department, or contact 111 if you are immediately concerned for yourself or someone else's safety.
